Celebrating National Ag Day with Gratitude — From Farm to Coffee Cart
Today, we’re pausing to celebrate National Ag Day—a day dedicated to honoring the incredible farmers, ranchers, and agricultural workers who make it all possible. At Summit Sips, we may be known as a mobile coffee cart in Boise, but our story—and every cup we serve—starts long before it reaches your hands.
From the coffee beans roasted to perfection, to the milk we steam and the flavors we blend, agriculture is at the heart of what we do. It’s easy to sip a latte without thinking about the journey behind it, but today we want to highlight the hardworking hands behind every ingredient.
Here in Idaho, agriculture is a way of life. From dairy farms to crop fields, local ag producers pour so much care and effort into feeding and fueling our communities. We’re proud to serve drinks that are connected to that legacy—and even prouder to support local events that bring people together over good coffee and shared appreciation.
Whether we’re set up at a wedding in Boise, a corporate event in Meridian, or a community celebration in Eagle, we carry deep gratitude for the people behind the scenes—those who grow, raise, harvest, and produce.
So today, as we steam milk, pull espresso shots, and serve our handcrafted drinks, we raise our mugs to you—our farmers, our ranchers, and our ag heroes.
Cheers to you, and thank you for fueling not just our coffee cart, but our community.
